Features
1.Suitable for dyeing cotton, polyester，acrylic，nylon, wool,polyester cotton,polyester / wool, linen / cotton or all kinds of blended yarns,that equipped with various types of yarn rack, can dye different forms of yarn.
Such as cheese yarn,hank,loose wool, warp yarn and pressure type cheese yarn.
2.It can provide single cylinder staining.Load range: reference selection table(The cheese yarn weight calculated by 1Kg)
3.Full fill type, pressure type, mixed type.
Technical data
1、Design temperature:160℃.
2、Maximum working temperature:140℃.
3、Design pressure:0.5Mpa.
4、Maximum working pressure:0.45℃.
5、Heating rate:20℃~130℃ about 30 minutes (steam pressure 0.7Mpa).
6、Cooling rate:130℃~80℃ about 20 minutes(cooling water pressure 0.3Mpa).
